As Lao-Tzu said, only about 2500 years ago, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”. Our Steps programme aims to help people who want change in their lives, to take that first step. Working in a friendly, informal and supportive setting, participants explore their hopes and ambitions, the barriers that are holding them back, and ways of using their resources to make positive changes and become more independent. The programme is run as 8 half-day sessions, with one session per week.
